- Account and identity data: retained for the duration of your Account plus a minimum of 5 years following Account closure, as required by AML regulations;
- Financial transaction data: retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of each transaction;
- Customer support communications: retained for 2 years from the date of correspondence;

The pkr7 Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. pkr7 does not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data relating to persons under the age of 18. If pkr7 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 18, such data will be immediately and permanently deleted and the associated Account closed. If you believe a minor has registered on the pkr7 Platform, please contact pkr7 support immediately.
