1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr7.org ("pkr7", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr7 website, mobile interface, casino games, sports betting services, and all associated features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on the pkr7 Platform, or by continuing to access the Platform after these Terms have been updated and published, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform and close any account you may have created.

These Terms should be read together with the pkr7 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and pkr7.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the pkr7 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money PKR funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by pkr7 subject to wagering requirements and conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer – the identity and address verification process required by pkr7.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which the pkr7 Platform operates for Pakistani players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the pkr7 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the pkr7 Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. pkr7 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one pkr7 Account. You are strictly prohibited from registering or maintaining more than one Account, whether using your own or another person's identity, payment method, or device. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in all such accounts being suspended and balances voided.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your pkr7 Account, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr7 Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. pkr7 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately to pkr7 support.

3.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the pkr7 Platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. pkr7 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific territory. If online gambling is prohibited or restricted in your location, you must not access or use the Platform.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

pkr7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming principles. pkr7 reserves the right to request identity and address verification documents from any Account holder at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Pakistani CNIC / passport);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, not more than 3 months old);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., JazzCash / Easypaisa account confirmation).

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and, if documents remain outstanding, account closure. Submitting fraudulent, altered, or third-party documents will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Completion of KYC verification is required before processing withdrawal requests above pkr7's specified verification threshold. Players are encouraged to complete KYC promptly after registration to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkr7 accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT TRC20, debit card, Skrill, and Neteller. Payment methods available to you may vary depending on your location and account status. pkr7 reserves the right to modify available payment methods without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposits

The minimum deposit via JazzCash and Easypaisa is Rs 500. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are specified at the point of transaction in the pkr7 cashier. pkr7 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in the Account holder's name.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability and minimum withdrawal amounts. pkr7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals. Processing times vary by payment method; estimated timeframes are displayed in the cashier at the time of request.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are only available from real-money funds. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds remain subject to applicable wagering requirements until fully cleared. pkr7 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into Account activity, fraud, or Terms violation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pkr7 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentive schemes to registered Players. All bonuses and promotions offered by pkr7 are subject to specific terms including, but not limited to, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps from bonus-derived winnings.

Key general bonus conditions applicable to all pkr7 promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Games contribute to wagering requirements at varying percentages; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• pkr7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between players or exchanged for cash directly.
• Multiple account holders, and Players found to be abusing promotional terms, will have all bonuses voided and may have their Accounts terminated.

7. Betting and Casino Games Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games on the pkr7 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are random, independent of previous results, and cannot be influenced by the Player or pkr7. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific results in individual sessions.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a game technical malfunction – including server disconnection, display error, or software fault – pkr7 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return staked amounts to Players' Accounts. pkr7 is not liable for any claimed winnings arising from a demonstrably malfunctioning game. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a condition incorporated into these Terms.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets offered by pkr7 including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other events are subject to specific sports betting rules available within the betting section of the Platform. In the event of conflict between those specific rules and these Terms, the specific sports betting rules prevail in relation to betting matters. pkr7 reserves the right to void bets placed on events subject to match-fixing investigations or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

pkr7 may apply maximum single-bet payout limits and maximum session or daily winnings limits. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting market and form part of the specific game or event terms. pkr7 reserves the right to apply maximum payout caps without prior notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or pricing mistakes for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's identity or payment information;
• Depositing funds derived from fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise illegally obtained sources;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or structuring activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or chargeback transactions for amounts already applied to gaming activity;
• Systematically exploiting bonus and promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play ("bonus abuse").

pkr7 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and to cooperate with law enforcement agencies as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr7 Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of pkr7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without the prior written consent of pkr7.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr7 excludes all liability for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data resulting from Platform downtime, technical malfunction, or service interruption;
• Losses arising from events beyond pkr7's reasonable control including but not limited to internet outages, network provider issues, government action, or force majeure events;
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws.

pkr7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11. Responsible Gaming

pkr7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended solely as an entertainment service and does not guarantee financial returns. All Players are encouraged to set and adhere to personal spending limits. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pkr7 Account holders:

• Deposit Limits – Set maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Wager Limits – Restrict the maximum stake per round across all games.
• Session Time Reminders – Receive on-screen alerts after a defined duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods – Take a short break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which your Account is temporarily restricted from play.
• Self-Exclusion – Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the pkr7 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are applied immediately and cannot be reversed during the stated exclusion period.

If you believe you may have a problem with gambling, please use the self-exclusion tool available in your Account settings or contact pkr7 support immediately. pkr7 operates a strict 18+ policy and takes its commitment to player welfare seriously.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

pkr7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player;
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

Upon Account closure for legitimate reasons unrelated to Terms violations, pkr7 will process the return of any verifiable real-money balance net of any applicable bonus funds within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed due to fraud or Terms violations may have their balances forfeited in full.

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting pkr7 support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Note that pending self-exclusion elections cannot be revoked during the elected exclusion period.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

pkr7 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pkr7 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit. Player data is never sold to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr7 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the pkr7 Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. Players who are resident in Pakistan acknowledge that they are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform is in compliance with Pakistani law, and pkr7 makes no warranty or representation regarding the legal status of online gambling in Pakistan.

15. Amendments to These Terms

pkr7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or prominent on-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the pkr7 Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
